Is there a gratuity included in the rental fee?
Gratuity is not included in rental fee.
What amenities are included in the rental packages?
We set up tables according to a seating plan. Linens are currently not provided.
Is catering provided or can we bring in our own food?
Catering is available at an additional cost. No outside food is allowed for private events. Outside cake/dessert is allowed.
Is alcohol allowed, and if so, is there a corkage fee?
Outside alcohol is not allowed.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes, we have ample parking for guests.
Are there any restrictions on decorations or setup?
We do not allow glitter or confetti. We also do not allow tape on walls or ceilings.
What is the cancellation policy for event bookings?
There is a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date.
