Hosted by the Sarpy chapter – one of over 1,400 chapters worldwide – this event is the perfect way to unwind, sip wine, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon tailored to book lovers of all kinds.

Unlike traditional book clubs, there’s no assigned reading here—bring whatever you’re currently enjoying, whether it’s a classic paperback, a thrilling e-book, or the latest audiobook sensation. Come solo or with a friend, and immerse yourself in a laid-back atmosphere where there’s no pressure to finish your book or join the conversation. Social butterflies will find plenty of fellow bookworms to connect with, while those craving a quiet escape can simply lose themselves in their story and head home refreshed.

Nestled in the scenic hills, Soaring Wings Winery provides the ideal setting to curl up with a good book. Savor our award-winning wines, available by the glass or bottle, and enjoy delicious snacks or the grazing table with lots of great options for $15.

**Event Schedule:**
– **2:00 – 2:45 PM**: Arrive, get comfortable, order food/snacks, check out the book swap table, and socialize as much or as little as you like.
– **2:45 – 3:45 PM**: Silent reading hour (relaxed quiet reading time).
– **3:45 – 5:00 PM**: Continue reading, pay any outstanding bills, socialize if you like, and say your goodbyes.

**Check-In**: Located just inside the entry area after you enter the front door.

Event tickets are $5 and each entry gets a $5 off ticket to purchase a bottle of wine. Bottles can be re-corked to take home if needed. RSVP to receive updates and be the first to reserve your spot!
