A 2020 International Blues Challenge solo/duo winner and Memphis Cigar Box Guitar Award recipient, Héctor’s journey from Omaha’s Blues Society to global stages is a testament to his 24-year dedication. After rocking semifinals (2015) and finals (2016) with his band, he claimed the top solo prize, fueled by a heart for blues honed in Chicago’s old-school scene. With a soulful, authentic sound—backed by Delaney Guitars and GHS Strings—Héctor blends raw guitar mastery with a mission to lift spirits, drawing from decades of grit, from van nights to national tours, all to keep the blues alive and kicking.
Nestled in the scenic Platte River valley, Soaring Wings Winery offers the perfect backdrop to enjoy a night of music, wine, beer, cocktails, food, and stunning sunsets.
